At JEWELL CATERING we have noticed that the trend toward bbq entertaining - while always having been popular - is escalating; particularly, with corporate clients wishing to give their employees the opportunity to include the whole family, and, to have a fun day with responsible beverage consumption.
In January, 2000 our management team attended a nation wide catering conference in Las Vegas. We all were treated to a grand feast - put on by those people who practically invented the word BBQ- the good ole southern USA…
WOW ! What a great spread! JEWELL CATERING came away from the conference truly inspired. So…we thought we'd get a head start on sharing the excitement by offering your company our brand new BBQ ideas !
